Nathan Sackett

Nathan brings his experience as a seasoned commercial real estate lender with over 21 years of direct lending. Throughout his career, he has facilitated over $1.5 billion in funded commitments, working across the West Coast and with multiple financial institutions. Most recently, Nathan served as the Senior Vice President and Market Manager of the Community CRE Team at Umpqua Bank in Seattle, WA.
His expertise spans various areas, including talent development, underwriting, credit analysis, loan structure, and documentation. Nathan is known for leading by example and building strong connections with his clients, many of whom he has collaborated with for over a decade. His determination, honesty, and approachability make him a valuable asset when pursuing new business opportunities.
Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Business Administration from Portland State University. He also earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on servant leadership and finance from George Fox University. Additionally, Nathan is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington, where he now mentors incoming students. His commitment extends beyond academia; he actively builds community relationships by volunteering with Community Lunch and Central Community Church on Capitol Hill. When not working, Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife and children, riding bikes, camping in their RV, exploring National and State Parks, and managing their real estate portfolio.
