Mariah Parsons
Commercial Real Estate Analyst
Mariah graduated with honors from Western Washington University’s College of Business and Economics, where she majored in Finance and minored in Accounting. At Western, she took real estate finance-focused courses where she gained knowledge of commercial real estate valuation and transactions. She recently moved to the Seattle area from Olympia where she had worked at a law firm. With her interest in finance and real estate, Mariah became one of the commercial loan analysts with JS Coats Capital upon graduating from WWU in 2022.
Mariah has been expanding her knowledge of commercial real estate finance, and increasing her experience in the underwriting process.
In her free time, Mariah enjoys getting together with friends, going to the gym, and exploring the beautiful places the region has to offer.
